microPHAZIR RX Handheld NIR Analyzer

This is the first portable equipment designed to provide an innovative solution for the identification of raw materials in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industry. It complies with European (2.2.49) and American (34, Chapter 1119) standards.

With its near infrared spectroscopy (NIR) system it allows:
– Identification of raw materials more quickly as soon as they arrive at the factory premises;
– Maintenance of the integrity of the raw material and the operator since the reading is performed through the plastic barrel or glass container without the need to open the container;
– Use by non-specialized technicians as it is very easy to handle.

MicroPHAZIR RX includes software for easy creation and validation of calibration for new materials.

It can be used for different purposes:
– Raw material identification upon arrival at the factory premises;
– Quality control and warranty;
– Identification of counterfeit products;
– “In-Line Analytical Process” technology;
– Troubleshooting during the manufacturing process;
– Quantitative analysis (e.g. relative humidity).
