SphereFlash Automatic Colony Counter

The SphereFlash colony counter counts all types of microorganism colonies regardless of the culture medium used, as its patented lighting system easily processes the transparent or opaque agar media. The colony counter is equipped with a high-resolution camera capable of detecting colonies measuring 0.06 mm.

Upon registration, users have access to updates to the imaging software that accompanies the colony count at no cost. There are also optional expansions of the software (Flash & Grow) that allow another type of reading such as increasing the possibilities of colony counting, measuring zones of inhibition and antibiotics or connecting the counter to an automatic device for checking Petri dishes (“Plate Handler”).
